Today I watched a documentary called Love The Beast. I would suggest it for anyone that is as a big motor head as I am. Eric Bana documented his 25 year love story with his first car, his Ford GT Falcon Coupe "THE BEAST". After a accident during the The Targa Tasmania Rally, Eric seeks guidance and wisdom from not only the inner sanctum of his 3 life long friends but also Jay Leno, Jeremy Clarkson, and Dr Phil.
I feel a connection with Eric, I got my Ranchero about the same age he got his Falcon. I think if I still have my Ranchero that long (I'm planning on keeping it that long) I will have the same kind of connection to my car as he did. I can say too that it is part of who I am.
